شهدت جلسات محاكمة المتهمين في ملف “إسكوبار الصحراء” تطورات لافتة، بعد مرافعة مطولة ومفصلة قادها المحامي مبارك المسكيني، دفاعاً عن الرئيس السابق لنادي الوداد الرياضي سعيد الناصري، حيث ركزت على تفكيك رواية الادعاء والتشكيك في الأسس التي بُني عليها الملف.

واعتبر الدفاع أن الملف يعاني مما وصفه بـ“فراغ شبه تام” في الأدلة المادية والتقنية، مستهلاً مرافعته بالتشكيك في مصداقية التصريحات المنسوبة إلى المتهم الرئيسي الحاج بنبراهيم، والتي وصفها بأنها “أقوال سماعية” جُمعت داخل السجن دون تحقق ميداني أو سند قانوني واضح.
