With the Cleveland Browns holding two first-round picks in the NFL Draft but also attempting to address a long list of roster needs, general manager Andrew Berry could again decide to trade down to add extra draft capital before making a selection Thursday night.Because the Browns are still trying to find a real answer at quarterback and need at least two starters at other premium positions, loading up on more picks — in this draft or next year’s — could be viewed as a sound strategy.
