عانى مستخدمون لشبكة فيسبوك من عطل تقني ضرب المنصة، ما أدى إلى توقف عدد من خدماتها ومزاياها عن العمل في مناطق مختلفة حول العالم.

وظهر ارتفاع ملحوظ في معدل الشكاوى المرتبطة بالمنصة، وفق ما رصده موقع DownDetector المتخصص في تتبع أداء الخدمات والتطبيقات الرقمية.

وتنوعت شكاوى المستخدمين بين مشكلات تقنية في التطبيق نفسه، وأعطال في الموقع الإلكتروني، ما يعكس وجود خلل واسع النطاق في مزايا المنصة، تأثر به عدد كبير من المستخدمين.

وأظهرت البيانات أن نسبة الشكاوى المرتبطة بتعطل تطبيق فيسبوك بلغت 32%، فيما شكلت الشكاوى المتعلقة بعملية تسجيل الدخول نحو 27%، في حين سجلت الشكاوى الخاصة بالموقع الإلكتروني نسبة 24%.

ولم تصدر شركة ميتا حتى الآن أي بيان رسمي عبر قنواتها المختلفة، سواء على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي أو عبر مدونتها الرسمية، لتوضيح أسباب الخلل التقني أو تفاصيله.
