ULYANOVSK, April 3. /TASS/. Seven people, including a child, sustained injuries when a passenger train derailed in the Ulyanovsk Region, according to preliminary data from the regional Health Ministry. The train was on its route from the Russian city of Chelyabinsk to Moscow. "The preliminary data shows that there are seven injured people, including one child.
