Detectives said it was "strongly suspected" she was murdered shortly after she disappeared.A 62-year-old man was arrested in the Manchester area and would be interviewed in police custody, Cleveland Police said.Earlier this year, officers arrested a 64-year-old man from the Leeds area, also on suspicion of murder.
