İstanbul organizasyonuyla düzenlenen SAHA 2026 Uluslararası Savunma, Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayi Fuarı, 5-9 Mayıs'ta İstanbul Fuar Merkezi'nde gerçekleştirilecek. Bu yıl 5'inci kez sektör paydaşlarını bir araya getirecek olan etkinliğin bilgilendirme toplantısı, Haluk Bayraktar, SAHA İstanbul Yönetim Kurulu Üyeleri, savunma sanayisi temsilcileri ve basın mensuplarının katılımıyla İstanbul'da yapıldı. Bayraktar, konuşmasında, SAHA İstanbul'da 27 üyeyle başlayan maceranın bugün 1300'ü aşkın üyesi ile Avrupa'nın en büyük sanayi kümelenmesi haline geldiğini, çok güçlü bir ekosistemi temsil ettiğini söyledi. SAHA İstanbul'un yürüttüğü en önemli faaliyetlerden birinin de SAHA fuarı olduğunu anlatan Bayraktar, "2018 yılında ilk fuarı icra etmiştik, bu yıl 5'incisini icra ediyoruz. 5 bin metrekarede başlayan o fuar o zamanlar 170 firma katılımıyla başlamıştı, yabancı firma katılımı da yoktu. İlk başladığımızda katılımcı firma sayısı 170 firmaydı, SAHA 2026'da 1700'ü aşkın firma yer alacak. Bu firmaların yaklaşık 260'tan fazlası da yabancı firmalar olacak." diye konuştu. Bayraktar, ilk düzenlenen SAHA fuarına 10 bin ziyaretçinin katıldığını belirterek, "Bu sene de inşallah 20 katlık büyüme ile 200 bini aşkın bir katılım ziyaretçi bekliyoruz." ifadesini kullandı. 2024 yılında icra edilen SAHA fuarında ihracat tarafında çok önemli bir başarı elde ettiklerini anlatan Bayraktar, şunları kaydetti: "2024'te 6,2 milyar dolarlık ihracat sözleşmesi SAHA bünyesinde imzalanmıştı. Bu sene bu hedefi inşallah en az 8 milyar dolara çıkarmayı hedefliyoruz. SAHA İstanbul olarak yola çıktığımız zaman en önemli hedefimiz bu işi yaygınlaştırmaktı. 2000'li yılların başında Türkiye'de savunma sanayisinde 17 firma vardı. Şu an SAHA İstanbul'a üye olan firma sayısı 1300'den fazla. Toplamda baktığımız zaman savunma sanayisi ilişkili firma sayısı 3000'den fazla. Hedefimiz de bunu gerçekleştirmekti. Bu anlamda özellikle orta ve küçük ölçekli firmalarımızın SAHA'da yer almasına çok önem veriyoruz." Haluk Bayraktar, faaliyetlerini Türkiye'nin 81 iline yayma konusunda bir karar aldıklarını belirterek, "Her ilimizde bir dron üretim ve eğitim merkezi kuracağız. Bunların en büyüğünü İstanbul'da olacak. Halka açık, gençlerin gelip eğitim ve üretim yapabileceği, dronları test edebileceği, bir ekosisteme girebileceği her ilde dron eğitim merkezi kurmayı hedefliyoruz. Bu sene inşallah SAHA fuarından elde edeceğimiz gelirleri dron üretim ve eğitim merkezlerinin kurulmasında kullanacağız. Böylelikle herhangi bir anda milyonlarca dron üretebilecek kapasiteye bir anda tüm yurt çapında ulaşıyor olacağız." diye konuştu. Bayraktar, 140 yıllık bir uçak üreticisini bir Türk firmasının alıyor olmasının o ülkelerde de takdirle karşılandığına işaret ederek, "O ülkelerin size olan sempatisi, sizin ekosisteminizle olan işbirliğini hiç tahmin etmediğiniz boyutlarda önünü açıyor. Her alanda bu Türkiye'nin bir gücünün göstergesi." dedi. Haluk Bayraktar, Bayraktar TB3 ile ilgili önemli gelişmeler olduğunu ve SAHA 2026'da gelişmeyle ilgili imza olmasa da ona benzer farklı sürprizler olacağını söyledi. SAHA İstanbul Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Yardımcısı ve ROKETSAN Genel Müdürü Murat İkinci de Türkiye'nin binlerce firmaya yayılan bir ekosistemi olduğunu belirterek, "Avrupa'da bu ekosistem sistem yok. Özellikle tedarik zinciri anlamında en canlı tedarik zincirini şu anda Türk savunma sanayisi temsil ediyor. Dolayısıyla Avrupa bizim için rekabetten ziyade işbirlikleri potansiyeli içeren bir alan diye düşünebiliriz." ifadelerini kullandı. SAHA İstanbul Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Yardımcısı ve ASELSAN Genel Müdürü Ahmet Akyol, SAHA 2026'da 3 ürün tanıtımı gerçekleştireceklerini, Mavi Vatan'a yönelik yeni vurucu güçlerini, Çelik Kubbe'nin yeni yeteneklerini ve hava taarruzuna yönelik bazı yeni ürünleri tanıtacaklarını bildirdi. SAHA İstanbul Yönetim Kurulu Başkan Yardımcısı ve Makina ve Kimya Endüstrisi (MKE) Genel Müdürü İlhami Keleş ise sürdürülebilirlik konusunun çok önemli olduğuna dikkati çekerek, daha basit ve hızlı bir şekilde üretilebilir ve sahada da etkisi yüksek ürünlere yönelmek suretiyle bu dengeleri değiştiriyor olmanın önemine işaret etti. SAHA İstanbul Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi ve TUSAŞ Motor Sanayii AŞ (TEI) Genel Müdürü Mahmut Faruk Akşit ise bir teknoloji yarışının olduğunu ve Baykar gibi sürekli önde koşmaları gerektiğini, bunu motorlarda yapmaya çalıştıklarını, başka teknolojiler eklemeye, irtifa yeteneğini geliştirmeye çalıştıklarını anlattı. SAHA İstanbul Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi ve Türk Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii (TUSAŞ) Genel Müdürü Mehmet Demiroğlu, SAHA 2026'da birçok ürünlerini sergileyeceklerini belirterek, "KAAN'da çalışmalarımız devam ediyor. İnşallah prototiplerin bu sene içerisinde 2 tanesini uçurmayı hedefliyoruz." diye konuştu. SAHA İstanbul Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi ve Yongatek Mikroelektronik Genel Müdürü Ali Baran, savunma sanayisindeki birçok üründe kullanılan MCU bileşenine yönelik ürünlerini üretime göndermeye hazırlandıklarını, yapay zeka çipiyle ilgili tasarım aşamasının yüzde 70 tamamlandığını, gelecek yıl ilk çeyrekte prototip üretimine gönderileceğini ifade etti. SAHA İstanbul Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi ve Altınay Teknoloji Grubu Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Hakan Altınay ise SAHA İstanbul'un büyümesinin aynı zamanda Türk savunma sanayisinin de nasıl geliştiğini gösterdiğine değinerek, "Türkiye açısından en kıymetli olan şey artık neyi nasıl yapacağını bilen hem akademi dünyasında hem de savunma sanayi şirketlerimizde ciddi bir altyapıya sahibiz." dedi. SAHA İstanbul Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi ve Arca Savunma Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi Özgür Rodoplu da Arca Savunma olarak ihracat çalışmalarının sürdüğünü, SAHA 2026'da Estonya Savunma Bakanlığı'yla bir imza törenleri olacağını dile getirdi. SAHA İstanbul Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi ve BMC Savunma Genel Müdürü Mehmet Karaaslan da savaş ortamları havada dönse de kara sınırlarının da çok hızlı değişebildiği bir ortamda olunduğunu belirterek, "Dolayısıyla kara gücünün hala var olması lazım diye düşünüyoruz. Savunma sanayi ekosistemine yatırımlarımızla, kurduğumuz işbirlikleriyle ve tedarikçilerimizle birlikte katkı sağlamaya devam edeceğiz. SAHA 2026'da ALTAY Tankı'nın üretimden çıkmış bir örneğini de görme imkanı olacak." değerlendirmesinde bulundu. SAHA İstanbul Genel Sekreteri Levent Kerim Uça da fuara ilişkin bilgiler paylaştı. Buna göre, kapalı ve açık toplam 400 bin metrekarelik alanda düzenlenecek SAHA 2026, alanın 20 bin metrekarelik bölümünü açık sergi alanı olarak ayırarak bugüne kadarki en büyük organizasyonlarından birine imza atacak. 120'nin üzerinde ülkeden katılımın beklendiği fuara, 263'ü uluslararası olmak üzere 1700'ün üzerinde firma, 200 binden fazla ziyaretçi ve 30 binin üzerinde sektör profesyonelinin katılması bekleniyor. Fuar kapsamında planlanan 30 binin üzerinde B2B görüşme, organizasyonu bir vitrin alanı olmaktan çıkararak doğrudan iş geliştirme, tedarik zinciri eşleşmesi ve stratejik ortaklık üretme platformuna dönüştürecek. SAHA 2026'da ayrıca 203 yeni ürün tanıtımı ve 4 milyar doları ihracat odaklı toplam 164 imza töreni gerçekleşecek. Bu rakam, bir önceki fuarda gerçekleşen ihracat odaklı anlaşmaların yaklaşık 3 katına karşılık gelerek organizasyonun artan ekonomik etkisini ortaya koyuyor. Avrupa, ABD ve Kanada'dan katılım öne çıkarken, dünyanın 4 kıtasından çok sayıda firma, firma temsilcisi, resmi heyet, ticari heyet ve ziyaretçi SAHA 2026'da bir araya gelecek. Çok sayıda yüksek teknoloji ve oyun değiştirici yeni ürün, ilk kez küresel ekosistem ile SAHA 2026'da buluşacak. Ayrıca insansız kara araçları ve gezegen gezgini (rover) alanlarında Türkiye'de geliştirilen son teknoloji otonom araçlar, hazırlanan özel parkurlarda yeteneklerini sergileyecek. Fuar kapsamında ayrıca deniz kuvvetlerine ait platformlar da ziyaretçilere açılacak. Dünyanın ilk SİHA gemisi olarak öne çıkan TCG Anadolu başta olmak üzere Türk Deniz Kuvvetleri'ne ait gemiler, Ataköy Marina ve Sarayburnu Limanı'nda konuşlanacak. Söz konusu gemiler hem resmi heyetlerin ziyaretine hem de 8–9 Mayıs'ta düzenlenecek halk günlerinde ziyaretçilere açık olacak. Yerli ve milli insansız deniz araçları da Ataköy Marina'da sergilenecek. Fuarda 140'ın üzerinde resmi heyet, 800'ü aşkın resmi heyet üyesi, 200'ün üzerinde ticari alım heyeti temsilcisi yer alacak. Ayrıca 25'in üzerinde yabancı bakanın ve üst düzeyli çok sayıda askeri yetkilinin katılımı, organizasyonun uluslararası görünürlüğünü ve stratejik etkisini daha da artıracak. Program kapsamında düzenlenecek 17 uluslararası panel, 4 "Space Talks" oturumu ve keynote konuşmaları ile savunma teknolojilerinin geleceği, güvenlik mimarisi, sanayi dönüşümü ve yeni işbirliği modelleri kapsamlı şekilde ele alınacak. Bu kapsamda, çok sayıda devlet başkanı, bakan, genelkurmay başkanı ve kuvvet komutanı başkanlığındaki heyetler tarafından fuara üst düzey ziyaretler gerçekleştirilecek. Katılımcı firmalar ile birebir görüşmeler yapılarak uluslararası işbirliklerinin geliştirilmesi hedeflenecek. SAHA 2026'nın bu yıl öne çıkan en önemli temalarından biri yatırım ekosistemi olacak. Fuar kapsamında uluslararası yatırım fonları, finans kuruluşları ve stratejik yatırımcıların yanı sıra, NATO İnovasyon Fonu (NIF) ve NATO DIANA Programı bünyesindeki firmalar da yer alacak. Etkinlikte KOBİ'lerin küresel pazarlara erişimi, finansmana ulaşımı ve uluslararası işbirliklerine entegrasyonu desteklenecek. Fuarın ikinci önemli tematik odağını ise uzay ekosistemi oluşturuyor. SAHA 2026 kapsamında kurulacak Uzay Pavilyonu ve özel tasarlanan Space Dome alanı ile uzay teknolojileri daha görünür hale getirilecek. Space Talks oturumları aracılığıyla sektörün geleceği, işbirliği fırsatları ve Türkiye'nin uzay vizyonu detaylı şekilde ele alınacak. Fuarda ayrıca, 5-9 Ekim'de Antalya'da Türkiye Uzay Ajansı ve SAHA İstanbul'un sahipliğinde gerçekleştirilecek 77. Uluslararası Uzay Kongresi kapsamında panel, toplantı ve sunumlar düzenlenerek bu organizasyona ilişkin uluslararası farkındalık ve işbirliği imkanları da ele alınacak.
