And woe to anyone who tries to laugh at Victory Day and play such silly jokes. That’s probably more of a problem for them," he said, commenting on Vladimir Zelensky’s decree on holding a parade in Moscow. "And we need nobody’s permission to be proud of our Vicotry Day," he stressed.
