As for the starter, there is yellowfin tuna carpaccio with a main course of either wagyu filet mignon or seared salmon. There is just one dessert offer on the menu in the form of a sticky toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and warm toffee sauce.‌Guests will have that with champagne and a selection of high-end wines.
