Speaking to GB News, Mr Tice said: "In a sense, all his credibility is gone. When he's been saying to people, we've got to spend more on defense, and basically this is the point.
"The word unable means he's not in control. Who is in control? Is it the backbenchers? Is it Wes Streeting? Is it Andy Burnham? Who knows."
