Fiorentina full-back Niccolò Fortini is evaluating two similar proposals from Hull City and Torino, on loan with option to buy for a total of circa €10m including add-ons.
According to both Sportitalia transfer expert Alfredo Pedullà and Fabrizio Romano’s colleague Matteo Moretto, the bids are essentially identical and would satisfy the demands set by the Viola.

In order to make this a loan with option to buy at the end of the season, Fortini would first need to sign a contract extension at Fiorentina, seeing as his current deal expires in June 2027.
Fortini terms are set by Fiorentina

The talented 20-year-old can play as a left-back or on the right, and is a product of their youth academy, only playing elsewhere in a one-season loan spell at Juve Stabia in 2024-25.
Pedullà claims that the original €5m Torino offer was rejected a couple of months ago, because Fiorentina are asking for at least €8m plus €2m in add-ons.
He also notes that Fortini is ‘not convinced’ by the proposal from abroad, which is believed to be that of Hull City, so would prefer to remain within Serie A.
With the loan and option to buy, the cost of the operation can be spread out more.
Torino are hamstrung by needing to wait and see if Roma purchase Italy Under-21 international Alessio Cacciamani from them, which would make room for Fortini in their squad.
