tüketicileri aldatan, bilgi ve tecrübe eksikliklerini istismar eden, güvenini zedeleyen ve haksız rekabete yol açan reklamlar ile ticari uygulamalara yönelik inceleme ve denetimlerini sürdürdüğü bildirildi. Bu kapsamda 13 Ağustos'ta yapılan toplantıda 105 dosyanın görüşüldüğü, mevzuata aykırı bulunan 87 dosya hakkında 32 milyon 683 bin 631 lira ceza uygulandığı aktarılan açıklamada, "Böylece 2026 yılının başından beri yaklaşık 26 bin başvurunun değerlendirilmesi sonucunda, tüketicileri aldatıcı ve mevzuata aykırı nitelikteki reklamlar ile haksız ticari uygulamalar nedeniyle toplam 218 milyon 478 bin 14 lira ceza verildi." ifadesi kullanıldı. Açıklamada, söz konusu toplantıda tüketici yorumlarının yayınlanmaması konusunun da ele alındığı bildirildi. Satın alınan ürüne ilişkin tüketici yorumunun, somut bir gerekçe gösterilmeksizin şirket tarafından belirlenen kurallara aykırı olması sebebiyle internet sitesinde yayımlanmamasının, "haksız ticari uygulama" olarak değerlendirildiğine işaret edilen açıklamada, "Tüketici değerlendirmesinin, içeriğinde herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmadan başka bir değerlendirme kategorisi altında yayımlanması mümkün olmasına rağmen bu sorumluluğun tüketiciye yüklenerek yorumun reddedilmesi nedeniyle ilgili şirket hakkında 2 milyon 167 bin 412 lira ceza uygulanması kararlaştırıldı." bilgisi verildi. Açıklamada, bir başka dosya kapsamında da fiilen tek bir restoran bulunmasına rağmen çevrim içi yemek siparişi platformlarında çok sayıda farklı işletme adı ve sahte adres kullanıldığının tespit edildiği aktarıldı. Bu uygulamayla, tüketiciler nezdinde birbirinden bağımsız çok sayıda işletmenin farklı adreslerde faaliyet gösterdiği yönünde izlenim oluşturulduğunun belirlendiği bildirilen açıklamada, üretici, ürün değerlendirmeleri ve siparişin gönderileceği adres konusunda tüketicilerin yanıltıldığı ve söz konusu uygulamanın haksız rekabete yol açtığı kaydedildi. Açıklamada, ilgili iki şirket hakkında mevzuat kapsamında idari yaptırım uygulanmasına karar verildiği de ifade edildi. Kurulda görüşülen başka bir dosyada "çerez tatlısı" adıyla satışa sunulan bir ürünün ambalajında fındık, Antep fıstığı ve kayısı çekirdeği görsellerinin ön plana çıkarıldığı bildirilen açıklamada, ürünün içeriğinde yüzde 4 fındık, yüzde 3 Antep fıstığı ve yüzde 3 kayısı çekirdeği bulunmasına rağmen, ürünün yüzde 49,5 yer fıstığı içerdiği ve bu ürünün, ambalajdaki görsel sunumda yer almadığı belirtildi. Açıklamada, söz konusu gelişmeye ilişkin şunlar kaydedildi: “Ürün içeriğinde çok daha düşük oranlarda bulunan bileşenlerin, ambalaj üzerindeki görseller ve ambalajın genel tasarımı aracılığıyla belirgin şekilde ön plana çıkarılmasına karşın üründe en yüksek oranda bulunan yer fıstığının görsel sunumda yer almamasının tüketicilerde ürünün içeriği ve bileşenlerin oranları hakkında gerçeği yansıtmayan bir algı oluşturabileceği değerlendirilmiştir. Bu nedenle ilgili uygulama mevzuata aykırı bulunarak para cezası uygulanmasına karar verilmiştir.
