Red Sox Jarren Duran says obscene gesture was to fan who told him to kill himself

After grounding out in the top of the fifth inning of Tuesday’s 6-0 loss to the Minnesota Twins, Boston Red Sox outfielder Jarren Duran was seen on the broadcast directing an obscene gesture toward a spectator as he jogged back to the dugout.Duran later said it was in response to a spectator who allegedly told him to kill himself.
