Raiders trade down in Round 2, select Arizona DB Treydan Stukes with 38th pick

The Athletic has live coverage of the 2026 NFL Draft.After trading down two spots, the Las Vegas Raiders selected Arizona DB Treydan Stukes with the 38th pick of the NFL Draft on Friday.Stukes began his career as a walk-on before five years on scholarship with the Wildcats, totaling 38 starts. After beginning his career as an outside corner, he transitioned inside to nickel, where he saw his most success. Stukes suffered a torn ACL in 2024 that ended his season and cost him the first two games of 2025, but he went on to have a team-high four interceptions, six pass breakups and 52 tackles in 10 games, earning Third-Team All-American and First Team All-Big 12 honors as a sixth-year senior.Advertisement
