'There is no immediate risk to public safety,' a Dubbo Regional Airport spokesman said. Dubbo Regional Council mayor Josh Black said all 74 passengers and crew were safe after the plane landed. 'Further investigations are underway by relevant emergency services,' he said. A Qantas spokesman said an investigation had been launched. 'Flights have now resumed,' he said.
