Le gouvernement a dévoilé mercredi le projet de loi Ripost, au cœur duquel se trouve le protoxyde d’azote. Le texte prévoit notamment de faire de l’inhalation de ce gaz un délit passible d’un an d’emprisonnement et de 3 750 euros d’amende.
