Prosecutors in Tiger Woods DUI case to subpoena his medication information
Florida prosecutors have requested all records related to medications prescribed this year to Tiger Woods, who faces a charge of driving under the influence after a crash last month in which the vehicle he was driving rolled onto its side.Prosecutors filed a motion for subpoena Tuesday in Martin County Court, in which they said they would seek information from Lewis Pharmacy regarding any medication prescribed to Woods from the start of this year until March 27, the day of the crash in Jupiter Island, where he has a home. They said the subpoena will be filed on April 22. According to the court filing, the information prosecutors want includes “date and time prescription was filled, type of prescription, number of pills in each prescription, the dosage amount, all special instructions on how to take the medication, date of next refill, all warnings, including but not limited to operating a motor vehicle while taking the prescription.”The filing gives Woods’ representation 10 days to object to the subpoena.Advertisementالمصدر: The Athletic | Source: The Athletic
