He will appear at Stratford Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 13 April.The 25-year-man, who was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender, was released with no further action.The investigation is ongoing, with police continuing to ask anyone relevant information to upload it to the police major incident portal here, or contact police on 101, quoting reference 6448/07Apr. An anonymous report can be made via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.‌The pupil is said to have died after an apparent altercation at the viewing spot at around 6.30pm.
