açıklamada, iki kurum arasında satış sözleşmesinin imzalandığı, sürecin gelecek aylarda tamamlanmasının beklendiği belirtildi. Porsche, söz konusu stratejik satışla birlikte "Sportwagenschmiede35" adı verilen gelecek vizyonu kapsamında tamamen kendi çekirdek işine odaklanmayı hedefliyor. Şirket, bu yapılanma doğrultusunda daha önce de batarya üretimini, bir yazılım şirketinin faaliyetlerini ve elektrikli bisiklet (e-bike) faaliyetlerini sonlandırmıştı. Hisse devrinin yanı sıra Porsche ve TCS, dijital çözümler ile yapay zeka alanlarında uzun soluklu bir stratejik işbirliğine gitmeyi planlıyor. Anlaşma kapsamında MHP, Tata Grubu bünyesinde bağımsız bir marka ve danışmanlık şirketi olarak kurumsal kimliğini koruyacak. Merkezi Stuttgart yakınlarındaki Ludwigsburg'da bulunan MHP, dünya genelinde 4 bin 500'den fazla kişiye istihdam sağlıyor. Özellikle otomotiv ve imalat sanayisinde 30 yılı aşkın süredir şirketlere bilgi teknolojileri dönüşümü alanında danışmanlık hizmeti sunan MHP'nin, satış sonrasında da Porsche'nin dijitalleşme süreçlerinde kritik bir ortak olmaya devam edeceği belirtildi.
