Published: 10:30, 11 July 2026 | Updated: 10:30, 11 July 2026 King Charles met with his grandchildren Archie and Lilibet yesterday for the first time in four years.  The reunion took place at Highgrove - the 77-year-old monarch's private Gloucestershire residence.  Charles and Camilla secretly hosted Harry, Meghan and their two children following weeks of rumours that a reunion was on the cards.   The residence is a short drive from both Oxfordshire, where Charles had been undertaking official engagements, and Birmingham, where the Duke of Sussex had been at an event for a countdown to his Invictus Games. Meanwhile, Meghan and the children slipped into Britain unnoticed from their holiday home in Europe. It came after the King and his senior officials had hoped for a low-key, 'peaceful' family reconciliation, but had been left 'weary and wary' after leaks and briefings by Team Sussex.  But do you think Charles was right to reunite with the Sussexes and their children?
