New analysis by the Daily Mail has identified the top 20 course groupings, by university, for graduates being out of work five years after leaving. The worst one had almost a quarter of graduates out of work, while the median salary for those that did work was just £24,900. The top 20 all had at least one in six graduates out of work, while five have median salaries of less than £25,000. This is despite many graduates having racked up more than £50,000 in debt during degrees, including three years of tuition fees charged at more than £9,000 annually.
