Polish MP holds Israeli flag with Swastika replacing Star of David

ALBAWABA - Polish MP Konrad Berkowicz sparked debate on social media after displaying the Israeli flag with a Nazi Swastika instead of the Star of David, further calling Israel "the new Third Reich" in response to its ongoing aggression on Gaza and Lebanon and the US-Israeli war with Iran.

Berkowicz held the edited Israeli flag during a parliament hearing on April 14. The Polish MP said, "Israel is the new Third Reich, and its flag should look like this," as he displayed the edited flag. He added, "Israel's attacks in the Middle East are already being felt by Poles through fuel prices, but how are they felt by children, of whom dozens of times more have died?"

He then accused Israel of using a banned phosphorus bomb that kills children and women. Berkowicz further added that Israel is "committing a genocide before their eyes." 

A social media user took to X (formerly Twitter) and wrote, "Polish MP Konrad Berkowicz is right, because Israel is utterly evil! And those supporting Israel are complicit in its crimes." 

Another added, "All kudos to Polish MP Konrad Berkowicz for showing the truth to the world and showing mirror to Israel."
