Investigators have also received “photos of a second shooter” and are seeking the public’s help in identifying him. Crime Stoppers and the U.S. Marshals Service are both offering rewards — $10,000 and $5,000, respectively — for information leading to their arrests. The Saturday mass shooting left 12 people wounded and stemmed from “a dispute involving two rival groups,” police said Tuesday. The oldest victim is 61 years old and the youngest is 14, police Lt. Dan Gerken said Saturday.
