Emergency services were called around 10pm on June 30 after reports of a man being assaulted in a shop. Mr Heyfron was taken to hospital but died 12 days later. The shop's owner intervened to help Mr Heyfron, suffering a minor injury himself, before performing CPR after the victim lost consciousness. A staff member previously said two men had been outside the shop before coming in and fighting before their 'hero' boss tried to help. He previously said: 'I would ask anyone with any information, CCTV or doorbell camera footage which could support the investigation to contact us.
