Peter Phillips and his bride-to-be Harriet Sperling were spotted enjoying a romantic outing at the Badminton Horse Trials on Saturday, with their wedding now just weeks away.

The 48-year-old grandson of the late Queen Elizabeth II and his fiancee appeared thoroughly relaxed as they wandered through Badminton Park in Gloucestershire, around one month before they are due to marry on June 6.

The son of Princess Anne and Captain Mark Phillips cut a relaxed figure in camel-coloured trousers paired with a striped shirt and sunglasses.

His fiancée, who works as an NHS nurse, demonstrated her flair for equestrian event dressing in a thoroughly chic yet understated outfit.

Harriet opted for blue jeans teamed with a white blouse adorned with a statement ruffle at the front.

She completed the look with delicate gold jewellery, sunglasses and an oversized bag, while burgundy Adidas Gazelle trainers provided a contemporary edge.

As temperatures dipped later in the afternoon, she added a brown barn jacket for warmth.

An eyewitness who observed the couple told Hello: "Peter and Harriet looked in their element, chatting to friends and mingling happily with the crowds at Badminton. They look so much in love, so tactile, holding hands and leaning into each other with beaming smiles."

Peter transformed the equestrian outing into a proper family occasion, bringing along his two teenage daughters from his previous marriage with Autumn Kelly.

Savannah, 15, made the most of the pleasant weather in a white cropped top and flowing skirt, finishing her look with Ralph Lauren trainers.

Her younger sister Isla, 14, chose a similar ensemble of a crop top and floaty skirt for the day's festivities.

The father-daughter bond was evident throughout, with Phillips spotted placing his arm affectionately around Isla as they strolled together.

He and Savannah were also seen sharing a lighthearted moment in the sunshine, with the teenager laughing at her father's jokes.

Peter's sister, Zara Tindall, and her husband Mike were also present at the prestigious equestrian event, accompanied by their three children.

The couple's eldest daughter Mia, 12, dressed in a floral skirt and T-shirt combination similar to her older cousins, accessorising with a cap, crossbody bag and trainers.

Heartwarming moments were captured between Zara and her youngest offspring throughout the day.

The former Olympic equestrian was photographed embracing her five-year-old son Lucas as they watched the competition intently, while the youngster was later seen leaning in for a kiss from his mother.

Meanwhile, seven-year-old Lena sat contentedly on Zara's lap, wrapping her arm around her mother's shoulders.
