Penguins' Kyle Dubas has made strides, but now comes the hardest part

They had just missed the postseason. Their core was aging. They had no draft picks. They had no prospects. It was bad, and it was going to take a long time before things got better.Though there have been plenty of swerves along the way, things are starting to look up.The Penguins made the playoffs in 2026.They have an assortment of quality draft picks during the next few years.
