By RACHEL BOWMAN, US SENIOR NEWS REPORTER Published: 21:43, 2 June 2026 | Updated: 21:43, 2 June 2026 An Arkansas man out on bond after he was accused of raping a six-year-old girl on Christmas has been arrested again for allegedly assaulting two teen girls at a party. Oscar Rivas, 28, was charged with two counts of rape and violation of a no-contact order by the Bentonville Police Department on Sunday. He had been free on a $200,000 bond in connection with charges of rape and possession of child sexual abuse materials filed in January. The two teenage victims told police they attended a party on Saturday hosted by a friend, whose boyfriend they knew as 'Wolf,' later identified as Rivas, according to a probable cause affidavit obtained by the Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. The victims claimed that Rivas had raped them, which he denied when questioned by police. After Sunday's arrest, prosecutors requested that Rivas' bond be revoked in the January case. The judge granted the motion and set his new bond to a total of $1 million - $500,000 for each of the new rape charges. He has not entered a plea for the latest charges, and his arraignment is set for July 13, court records show. Oscar Rivas, 28, was charged with two counts of rape and violation of a no-contact order on Sunday Police began their investigation into Rivas on December 30 after an unidentified woman reported that her friend named Wolf, later identified as Rivas, sexually assaulted her six-year-old daughter on Christmas. According to the probable cause affidavit obtained by the Daily Mail, the woman invited Rivas over for dinner when they all fell asleep on the couch. The woman said she was awakened by Rivas reaching over her, and she did not know who he was trying to touch. Several days later, her daughter, whose name was withheld due to her age, told her that Rivas had 'touched her private parts.' 'He touched my private parts, and he thought it was funny,' the victim told police, according to the court document. The girl also claimed that Rivas told her he would only touch her private parts when no one else was around. In January, police obtained a search warrant for Rivas' phone, which they said had over 200 videos of child sexual abuse material. When police executed the search warrant, they said, '[Rivas] attempted to hide the phone, handing it off to his girlfriend who hid it inside her pants. Police said Rivas was out on bail after he was accused of raping a six-year-old girl on Christmas and investigators discovered hundreds of child porn on his phone '[Rivas] then lied to officers and told us he left his phone with a friend. [Rivas] eventually said his girlfriend knew where the phone was and she provided it to officers.' He pleaded not guilty to the January charges. The Daily Mail contacted the Bentonville Police Department, Rivas' lawyer and the Benton County Prosecutor's Office for comment. No comments have so far been submitted.
