CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Just as no general manager ever reveals state secrets at pre-draft news conferences, it’s also a NFL truism that general managers like to brag on themselves and the work of their scouting departments at post-draft pressers.Such was the case last weekend with Dan Morgan.“We felt like we definitely got better.
