وزير الحرب الأمريكي: دمرنا قدرات إيران العسكرية والتفاوض مستمر «تحت النار»

أكد وزير الحرب الأمريكي، بيت هيجسيث، أن الرئيس الأمريكي تحرك بحزم في مواجهة إيران، مشددًا على أن بلاده لن تسمح بامتلاك طهران أسلحة نووية أو الحفاظ على قدراتها البحرية.

وأوضح أن العمليات العسكرية أدت إلى تدمير منظومات الدفاع الجوي الإيرانية، مؤكدًا أن إيران تتكبد خسائر كبيرة يوميًا، وأن جيشها تعرض لضربة قاسية خلال الفترة الأخيرة، لافتًا إلى أن البحرية الإيرانية باتت دون قيادة، مشددا على أن إيران كان لديها جيش قبل 28 يوماً وتم تدميره.

وأشار إلى أن التفاوض مع إيران سيستمر «تحت النار والقنابل»، مع ترحيب واشنطن بالتوصل إلى اتفاق، مؤكدًا في الوقت ذاته أن العملية العسكرية ليست مفتوحة بلا نهاية.

كما هاجم وسائل الإعلام، معتبرًا أن بعض التقارير المتداولة بشأن الوضع في إيران «كاذبة» ولا تعكس الواقع.
