şüpheliye "cinayete teşebbüs" ve "kundaklama girişimi" suçlamaları yöneltildiğini bildirdi. Şüphelinin, Altman ile Altman'ın konutunda çalışan güvenlik görevlisini öldürmeye teşebbüs ettiğini ileri süren Jenkins, söz konusu suçlamaların cezasının, 19 yıldan başlayarak müebbet hapis cezasına kadar çıkabileceğini belirtti. Moreno-Gama hakkında hazırlanan suç duyurusunda, şüphelinin yapay zekaya karşı olup bu teknolojinin insanlık için risk oluşturduğunu düşündüğü iddiaları yer aldı.
