The deal announced by U.K.-based Fenix International Ltd., owner and operator of OnlyFans, gives the company a $3.15 billion valuation. The deal comes after the death of OnlyFans owner Leonid “Leo” Radvinsky last month. His widow, Yekaterina “Katie” Chudnovsky, has assumed control over Fenix, according to a Bloomberg report.
