النواب المغربي، أن هذا التوجه يهدف إلى تحقيق تكامل فعلي بين الجامعة ومحيطها المهني، من خلال نقل المعرفة النظرية إلى ساحة التطبيق، بما ينعكس إيجابا على جودة الاجتهاد القضائي. وأشار إلى أن التجارب الدولية، خاصة داخل المحكمة الجنائية الدولية، تُبرز حضور أساتذة جامعيين ضمن نخبة المحامين، لما يمتلكونه من قدرات تحليلية عالية تسهم في تطوير الأداء القانوني. وأكد وزير العدل أن حضور الأكاديميين داخل المحاكم من شأنه رفع مستوى النقاش القانوني، سواء في الجلسات أو داخل الكليات، عبر تفاعل مباشر بين البحث العلمي والممارسة المهنية، ما يفتح المجال أمام اجتهادات أكثر عمقا وتخصصا. وفي رده على التحفظات، شدد وهبي على أن الأمر لا يتعلق بفتح عشوائي للمهنة، بل باستقطاب كفاءات مؤهلة تضيف قيمة نوعية، موضحا أن معيار الولوج يظل هو الكفاءة والخبرة وليس الصفة الأكاديمية في حد ذاتها. كما أبرز أن العلاقة بين المحامي والأستاذ الجامعي ينبغي أن تقوم على التكامل، مشيرا إلى أن الجمع بين البحث الأكاديمي والممارسة المهنية معمول به في أنظمة قانونية متقدمة. ويرى المسؤول الحكومي أن هذا التوجه سيساهم في تكوين جيل جديد من المحامين يجمع بين الصرامة العلمية والخبرة العملية، خاصة في ظل تعقيد القضايا المرتبطة بالتكنولوجيا والاقتصاد الدولي. وفي سياق متصل، نبه وهبي إلى تحديات دخول شركات الاستشارة القانونية الدولية إلى السوق بطرق غير مباشرة، داعيا إلى تقنين هذا المجال وحصره في المحامين المؤهلين، حماية للمهنة من أي ممارسات خارج الإطار القانوني. وختم بالتأكيد على أن إصلاح مهنة المحاماة لا يقتصر على تعديل النصوص، بل يتطلب
