The Northern Premier League have fired Mark Harris after an email he allegedly sent was posted on social media.Harris became embroiled in a bitter dispute over a decision to move a Northern Premier League Premier Division match between FC United of Manchester and Stockton Town. The NPL opted to move the game to nearby Curzon Ashton on April 21 after repeated issues with FC United's home ground.The potentially crucial fixture had been postponed on six occasions due to issues with the pitch at Broadhurst Park, FC United's home ground. FC United supporter Aled Duckfield emailed Harris to complain about the decision, which he described as "diabolical" and he said showed "incompetence".In a reply which Duckfield posted on X, Harris allegedly wrote: "Thank you for your lovely email.
