NFA 'now fully functional'
Pakistan's first-ever National Forensic Agency (NFA) formally began its operations on Friday, with Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi expressing the hope that the institution would serve the country in matters of national security and help curtail crime in the country. The Ministry of Interior said on its official X handle that Naqvi visited the NFA headquarters and took round of the Research and Innovation Lab, Digital Forensic Lab, Narcotics Lab, Fintech Lab and Questionable Document Lab established there. "The institution will assist in national security matters and curtailing crime," the minister quoted Naqvi as saying during the visit. He added that the NFA would provide support to law enforcement agencies across Pakistan.المصدر: Express Tribune | Source: Express Tribune
