But it's not quite the massive event that fans were expecting.The Full Speed Ahead event in Escape From Tarkov is now live and seemingly is focused on the Rogues that you will usually find on the Lighthouse map. In a social media post announcing the event, the Takov dev team teased that the Rogues will now wander the whole map, and potentially even head to other maps such as Shoreline and Reserve.The event also comes with a new quest line, that again all seems to be centered on the Rogues and the expansion of their operations. Completing the quest line will give you a new achievement.According to the social media posts the Full Speed Ahead event runs until May 21, which means you have less than a week to get out there and complete it.Many fans are speculating that this is in fact the first part of the upcoming Icebreaker event, which we know is due to arrive sometime this month. With it being focused on the coastline, and the Icebreaker event being set on a ship, it seems to make sense.
