New details about the night three Scots College boys allegedly raped a 14-year-old girl in Sydney alleyway

The alleged sexual assault took place on July 22, with the three teenage boys arrested on Thursday. Two of the boys, aged 13 and 14, were charged with aggravated sexual assault in company and two counts of aggravated sexual touching. Another boy, 14, was charged with one count each of the same offences. Police sources quoted by The Daily Telegraph said it was believed the group all knew each other and may have been drinking before the incident. The boys were granted strict conditional bail and are due to appear before a children's court on August 25. It comes as police revealed they had located and seized a number of electronic devices during search warrants executed on Thursday morning. 'Police also seized two replica firearms, a Glock style BB gun, three laser pointers and a number plate – believed to have been allegedly stolen – from one of the homes,' a NSW Police spokesperson said. 'All of these items will also undergo forensic examination.' 'The Scots College is aware that three students are under investigation by the New South Wales Police Force in relation to an alleged incident that occurred outside school hours,' the school said in a statement on Thursday afternoon. 'The College became aware of further information through a media release issued by police this afternoon. 'The College takes this matter seriously and has co-operated, and will continue to co-operate, with police as required. 'We believe it is important that the Police investigation is allowed to take its course and it would not be appropriate for the College to comment further on the matter.' In a letter to parents, Principal Ian Lambert said he 'recognised that news of this nature may cause concern within our community.' Due to the serious nature of the charges, the individuals could face a criminal trial in the children's court and potential jail time. The Daily Mail has contacted the school for comment.
