An inquest heard there was no clear explanation for his actions in the moments leading up to the crash, which occurred as both drivers tried to avoid each other at the same time.The hearing was told the labourer had been driving a VW Polo on the London-bound carriageway between Junction 8 for Maidstone and Junction 9 for Ashford shortly before 11.30pm on November 12.
