(CNN) -- كشفت مصادر مطلعة على تقارير الاستخبارات الأمريكية، لشبكة CNN، أن إيران قامت خلال الأسابيع الأخيرة بنصب كمائن ونشر قوات عسكرية إضافية ودفاعات جوية في جزيرة خرج، استعداداً لعملية أمريكية محتملة للسيطرة على الجزيرة.

وكانت مصادر ذكرت لـCNN في وقت سابق أن إدارة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب تدرس استخدام القوات الأمريكية للاستيلاء على هذه الجزيرة الصغيرة الواقعة شمال شرق الخليج العربي، والتي تُعد شريان حياة اقتصادياً لإيران، إذ تستورد منها نحو 90% من صادراتها من النفط الخام...
