Moscow ready to support Pakistan's efforts to resolve Iranian conflict — ambassador

Russian Ambassador to Pakistan Albert Khorev at the Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum noted the country’s significant role in resolving the Middle East conflict and expressed its readiness to assist these efforts for the sake of a lasting peace in the region. "We note Pakistan’s significant role in resolving the conflict between Iran and the United States. For our part, we are ready to assist these efforts," the diplomat said. He expressed hope that by joint efforts it will be possible to "end this destructive war and ensure a lasting peace in the Persian Gulf region."
