حذرت منظمة لحقوق الإنسان من أن قرار مجلس الأمن رقم 2797 قد يقوض حق الشعب الصحراوي في تقرير المصير، مع اعتماد إطار الحكم الذاتي المغربي دون خيار الاستقلال أو تعويضات للمتضررين.
