أبريل 2026 - 13:45 من المغرب إلى الطوغو: مركز فلاحي جديد يعيد رسم مستقبل الزراعة في الطوغو بشراكة مع OCP A A A A Reset متابعة شهدت مدينة Kpalimé تدشين مركز جهوي حديث للميكنة الفلاحية، في مشروع طموح يهدف إلى إحداث قفزة نوعية في أداء القطاع الزراعي الطوغولي، عبر تجميع خدمات كانت إلى وقت قريب مشتتة وصعبة الولوج داخل منصة واحدة متكاملة. المركز، الذي جاء ثمرة شراكة بين OCP Africa ووزارة الفلاحة الطوغولية، بدعم من World Bank، لا يقتصر على كونه بنية تحتية جديدة، بل يمثل رؤية استراتيجية لإعادة هيكلة العلاقة بين الفلاح والأرض والتكنولوجيا. فمن خلال دمج تحليل التربة، وتوفير المدخلات الزراعية الملائمة، وإتاحة خدمات الميكنة، إلى جانب الاستشارة agronomique، يراهن المشروع على خلق نموذج فلاحي أكثر دقة ونجاعة واستدامة. هذا المركز، الذي تم إطلاقه في 23 أبريل، يضع الفلاح في قلب منظومة متكاملة، حيث لم يعد مضطراً للتنقل بين خدمات متفرقة، بل أصبح بإمكانه الولوج إلى تشخيص علمي لتربة أرضه عبر مختبر متنقل، والحصول على أسمدة مصممة خصيصاً وفق حاجيات محاصيله، بفضل تقنيات حديثة تعتمد على تحليل المعطيات بدل التقديرات التقليدية. الميكنة الفلاحية تشكل بدورها أحد أعمدة هذا التحول، إذ يوفر المركز معدات حديثة وخدمات تقنية تتيح للفلاحين تحسين إنتاجيتهم وتقليص كلفة العمل، خاصة في ظل محدودية الإمكانيات التي تواجه صغار المنتجين. غير أن الرهان لا يقف عند توفير الآلات، بل يمتد إلى تأطير استخدامها ضمن رؤية شمولية تأخذ بعين الاعتبار جودة التربة، ونوعية المدخلات، وأساليب الإنتاج الملائمة للبيئة المحلية. كما يعزز المشروع من حضور التأطير التقني الميداني، عبر خبراء يقدمون استشارات مباشرة للفلاحين، مدعومة بمزرعة نموذجية وحقول تجريبية تُترجم فيها الحلول العلمية إلى ممارسات عملية قابلة للتطبيق. هذه المقاربة تجعل من المركز فضاءً للتعلم والتجريب، وليس فقط لتقديم الخدمات. الأثر المنتظر يتجاوز تحسين المردودية، ليشمل تعزيز صمود القطاع الزراعي في مواجهة التغيرات المناخية، وترشيد استعمال الموارد، والحفاظ على خصوبة التربة على المدى الطويل. ويُرتقب أن يستفيد من خدمات هذا المركز أكثر من 600 ألف فلاح، في خطوة قد تعيد تشكيل ملامح الزراعة في البلاد. اقتصادياً، لم يقتصر تأثير المشروع على المستقبل، بل شمل أيضاً مرحلة إنجازه، حيث ساهم في تعبئة عشرات المقاولات المحلية وتوفير آلاف ساعات العمل، مما يعكس بعده التنموي الشامل. بهذا المشروع، يبعث المغرب من قلب الطوغو برسالة واضحة: الفلاحة لم تعد مجرد نشاط
