Here, 3,000 dogs are cared for by an army of dedicated volunteers, but staff lack the vital veterinary training to make them better.Last month Tim, along with Surrey-based vets Vanessa Waite and Calum Marshall, made the 10,000-mile round trip to Harbin to share surgical skills and rescue 12 of the poorliest pooches.
