idrak ettiklerini belirtti. Bu yıl kalpleri derinden yaralayan hadiselerin gölgesinde 23 Nisan'ı karşıladıklarını aktaran Tekin, Şanlıurfa ve Kahramanmaraş'taki okullarda yaşanan silahlı saldırıların herkesi derin üzüntüye sevk ettiğini kaydetti. Hayatını kaybeden öğretmen ve öğrencilere Allah'tan rahmet, yaralılara acil şifalar dileyen Tekin, "Aziz milletimiz müsterih olsun, çocuklarımızın güvenliği için gereken her adım atılacak, hiçbir ihmal alanı karşılıksız bırakılmayacak hiçbir risk unsuru göz ardı edilmeyecektir. Bu acı hadiseler eğitim ortamlarının güvenliğine dair sorumluluğumuzu her yönüyle yeniden değerlendirme ve daha güçlü tedbirler alma kararlılığımızı pekiştirmiştir. Bilimin rehberliğinde, sağduyuyla ve kararlılıkla hareket ederek, evlatlarımız için daha güvenli eğitim ortamları tesis etmeyi en öncelikli vazifemiz olarak görüyoruz." ifadelerini kullandı. Bu sürecin öğrencilerin dünyasına daha yakından bakmayı zaruri kıldığını vurgulayan Tekin, zamanın hızlanan ritminin, kalabalıkların ortasında büyüyen bir yalnızlığı da beraberinde getirdiğini aktardı. Bakan Tekin, modern zamanın hızla değişen yapısının yalnızca yetişkinleri değil, çocukları da derin bir yalnızlıkla karşı karşıya bıraktığı ve onları kalabalıklar içinde sessizleştiren ve görünmez kılan bir iklim ürettiğinin altını çizerek, şunları kaydetti: "Bu durum karşısında, evlatlarımızın kendilerini yalnız hissetmediği, gönül coğrafyamızda sahici bağlar kurabildiği bir iklim inşa etmek hepimizin mesuliyetidir. Bencilliği ve şiddeti büyüten her türlü sosyal, psikolojik ve dijital zemini dönüştürerek devlet ve millet el ele, şefkat ve güven iklimini kuvvetlendirmek istiyoruz. Nitekim bu bağlamda Türkiye Yüzyılı Maarif Modeli'yle işaret ettiğimiz ve müfredatın odağına yerleştirdiğimiz 'iyi insan' idealinin tahkimi için son derece kararlıyız. Bu ideal, ahlaklı ve erdemli, milleti ve insanlık için iyi, doğru ve güzel olanı yapmayı içselleştirmiş, adalet, merhamet ve sorumluluk bilinciyle hem kendine hem çevresine hem de tüm insanlığa karşı duyarlı bir neslin inşasıdır. İşte bu nesli yetiştirmek bizim asli meselemizdir. Bunu yaparken çocuklarımızın kalbine ulaşmayı, onları dikkatle dinlemeyi, ihtiyaçlarını doğru okumayı ve her birine temas eden bir eğitim anlayışını güçlendirmeyi esas alıyoruz. El ele, gönül gönüle ve bilimin rehberliğinde çocuklarımızın karşı karşıya olduğu her türlü zorluğu birlikte aşacak, kendilerini güvende, değerli ve ait hissettikleri bir dünya inşa etmek için kararlılıkla çalışacağız." Bakan Tekin, 23 Nisan'ın milletin istiklal mücadelesini anlamla taçlandırdığı, egemenlik bilincini çocuklara emanet ettiği ve dünya çocukları arasında dostluk ve kardeşlik köprülerinin kurulduğu müstesna bir gün olduğunu bildirdi. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk'ün, "Büyük Millet Meclisi, Türk milletinin asırlar süren arayışlarının özü ve onun bizzat kendisini idare etmek şuurunun canlı bir timsalidir" sözünü anımsatan Tekin, sözün Türk milletinin köklü istiklal davasının ve kendi kaderine sahip çıkma iradesinin en berrak ifadesi olduğunu vurguladı. Meclisin açılışıyla birlikte egemenliğin kayıtsız şartsız millete ait olduğu hakikatinin tarihe güçlü bir şekilde nakşedildiğini, derin bir medeniyet birikiminden beslenen bu iradenin Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nde sürekliliği olan bir diriliş ufkuna dönüştüğünü aktaran Tekin, şu ifadeleri kullandı: "Dünyanın hızla değiştiği bir çağda çocuklarımızın kendi kimliğini taşıyan, başkasını anlayabilen ve ortak değerler etrafında buluşabilen bireyler olarak yetişmesi, hayati bir sorumluluk taşımaktadır. Güçlü bir gelecek, değer gördüğünü bilen, sorumluluk alan ve insanlığa iyilikle dokunan nesillerin omuzlarında yükselecektir. Zamanın ruhunu okuyabilen, dünyaya söyleyecek sözü olan, milli şuur ve evrensel sorumluluk bilinci taşıyan nesiller yetiştirmek başlıca vazifemizdir. Türkiye Yüzyılı hedefi doğrultusunda düşünen, üreten, merhametiyle derinleşen, emeğiyle değer katan bireyler yetiştirme kararlılığımızı aynı istikametle sürdürüyoruz. Nitekim bu anlayış doğrultusunda, Türkiye Yüzyılı Maarif Modeli çerçevesinde 'Maarifin Kalbinde Çocuk' temasını, eğitim süreçlerimizin merkezinde yer alan yön verici bir anlayış olarak hayata geçiriyoruz. Nisan ayı boyunca 81 ilimizde öğrencilerimizin aktif katılımıyla gerçekleştirilecek etkinliklerle milli egemenlik bilincini güçlendiren, değerlerimizi görünür kılan ve çocuklarımızın söz aldığı, ürettiği ve deneyimlediği bir eğitim iklimi oluşturmayı hedefliyoruz. Ailelerin gönüllü katılımıyla zenginleşen bu süreçte çocuklarımızın hak temelli bir bakışla kendilerini ifade edebildiği, aidiyet duygusunu güçlendirdiği ve milli-manevi değerlerimizi hayatın içinde tecrübe ettiği bir ortak öğrenme zemini tesis ediyoruz." Bakan Tekin, mesajında çocuklara da hitap ederek, onların bugünün umudu ve yarının en güçlü teminatı olduğunu vurguladı. Çocukların yalnız olmadığının altını çizen Tekin, şöyle devam etti: "İçinden geçtiğimiz bu zor günlerde bilmenizi isteriz ki sizlerin yanındayız. Bu ülkenin yarınları, sizin yüreğinizde taşıdığınız umutla, kudretle, iyilikle şekillenecek. Okullarınızda kendinizi emniyet içinde hissetmeniz, arkadaşlarınızla birlikte yarınlara güvenle bakmanız için gereken her adım, büyük bir titizlikle atılmaktadır. Sizler bu ülkenin en kıymetli emanetisiniz. 23 Nisan'ın bizlere hatırlattığı en derin anlam da budur. Bu ülkenin geleceği sizlerin kalbinde, hayallerinde ve umutlarında şekillenir. Sizden isteğimiz, çalışmaktan, üretmekten, hayal kurmaktan vazgeçmemeniz, bize güvenmeniz ve iyiliği çoğaltmanızdır.
