مهم من "الأمانة" حول الحوافز والإعفاءات

حثت أمانة عمان الكبرى المواطنين للاستفادة من الحزمة المتكاملة من التسهيلات والحوافز الضريبية للمواطنين والمستثمرين التي كانت قد أعلنت عنها سابقا، تشمل إعفاءات وخصومات كبيرة على الرسوم والضرائب المترتبة، وذلك بشرط التسديد إلكترونياً قبل انتهاء المهلة المحددة في 31 آذار 2026.

وتشمل الحوافز إعفاء كامل (100%) من غرامات ضريبة الأبنية والأراضي (المسقفات) عن السنوات السابقة، بالاضافة الى خصم بنسبة 20% على ضريبة المسقفات المستحقة لعام 2025 والسنوات السابقة.

كما تشمل الحوافز تقديم خصم بنسبة 25% على رسوم التحققات وأثمان الفضلات، بالاضافة الى إعفاء بنسبة 25% لمستأجري العقارات المملوكة لأمانة عمان عن المبالغ المترتبة لعام 2025 والسنوات السابقة.

ونوعت الأمانة أن الاستفادة من هذه الحزمة مشروطة بإتمام عملية التسديد إلكترونياً بالكامل، وذلك لتوفير الوقت والجهد على المراجعين وضمان دقة العمليات المالية.

ودعت الأمانة جميع المعنيين إلى الإسراع لتسوية أوضاعهم المالية قبل إغلاق باب النظام بنهاية الشهر الجاري، ولأية استفسارات، يمكن للمواطنين التواصل مباشرة عبر مركز الاتصال الموحد على الرقم (102).
