Most are for wind, with gusts of up to 90mph possible in some exposed locations.The national weather agency issued an updated snow warning this morning, coming into force at 2pm today and lasting until 3am on Sunday. It covers areas in the north of Scotland.The Met Office says 30cm (12 inches) of snow could settle on the ground above 200m, while 5cm to 10cm is possible quite widely in low-lying areas.
