'I heard bang, bang, bang and I heard yelling, straight yelling,' one witness described to KING 5. Early reports suggest there were at least six victims, including possibly a child, at the venue where a food festival was taking place. Kayla Carris, 22, was sitting outside the Armory when the shooting occurred, and people started rushing to get inside. 'Everyone was just throwing stuff and running,' she told the Seattle Times. 'Like everyone.' Videos shared online showed authorities leading one man away in handcuffs. Police have now locked down the area as the investigation continues.
