Wearing a grey fleece and jeans, Steele was seen opening a tin of wood treatment while doing DIY outside a house in the heart of his old stomping ground.‌The grey haired pensioner was finally released last May after completing his life sentence for the murders of Tony Tucker, Pat Tate and Craig Rolfe in Rettendon, Essex.
