Officers were called on Saturday to reports that a man had fallen from the building on Charles Street at around 4pm. He was pronounced dead at the scene. It is unclear at what height the man plummeted from, but according to the local newspaper, Manchester Evening News, the man fell from a hotel in the city centre. Cops have confirmed the man's death is being treated as unexplained, and an investigation to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident is ongoing.
