•A man has been arrested on suspicion of rape following an attack on a woman in her 20s on Brighton Beach, police have said.
•Sussex Police confirmed a 28-year-old man was being held after they received reports of the incident.
•It is believed the alleged attack took place either late on Tuesday or in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
