The supermarket, which is shutting many of its Morrisons Daily stores across the UK, has submitted plans for a large store in Lewes, East Sussex. Morrisons will be submitting its proposals as a hybrid planning application comprising two parts in the hopes of speeding up the process. The first part consists of detailed plans for the supermarket, parking facilities and public spaces, including the new town square.
