A spokesman for the Welsh Ambulance Service said: 'We were called today at 10.52 to an incident in Mostyn Champneys Retail Park, Llandudno. 'We sent one Cymru High Acuity Response Unit, one Duty Operations Manager and three emergency ambulances to the scene. 'Advanced critical care support was delivered by the Emergency Medical Retrieval and Transfer Service in two Wales Air Ambulance charity helicopters. 'Five patients were conveyed by road to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.'
